Important usage notes
This equipment must only be used on an industrial truck that has a compatible fork arm carrier and fork arm (if applicable) that conforms to ISO 2330.
The user must ensure the fork arm extension or telescopic fork arm is correctly and securely attached before operation.
The manufacturer's specified capacity ratings and load center distances must never be exceeded.
All fork extensions are supplied with retaining pins and have the below load ratings-
3500kg @ 500mm L/C (or machines SWL @ 500mm L/C if less)
